Commercial Disinfection Cabinet

The disinfection cabinet dries, disinfects, and keeps items such as utensils, tableware, towels, clothing, beauty and hairdressing tools, and medical devices warm while removing moisture through UV, far-infrared, high heat, ozone, and other methods. Typically fabricated in a cabinet form, it is mostly made of stainless steel with panels available in tempered glass or stainless steel.

Key Maintenance Tips for Utensil Disinfection Cabinets: 
1. Place the disinfection cabinet on a flat surface while maintaining a distance of at least 30 cm from the wall, keep the surroundings clear, and ensure dry and adequate ventilation. 
2. Classify rinsed utensils in the basket in a vertical manner with space between items to allow for drainage and prevent stacking. 
3. Do not open the disinfection cabinet unnecessarily during operation to maintain its effect. 
4. After the disinfection comes to an end, the interior remains hot and can cause burns. Wait for 10–20 min before opening to remove the utensils. If not in immediate use, it is recommended to keep the door closed to maintain the disinfection effect for days. 
5. Do not use the disinfection cabinet as a safety box. In a sealed condition, any residual moisture in the disinfection cabinet can become a breeding ground for bacteria. For safety and hygiene, it is recommended to run the disinfection cabinet once daily. 
6. Regularly clean and maintain the electric disinfection cabinet and ensure to empty water in the collection tray at the bottom. Before cleaning, unplug the power, wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth, and do not rinse the electric disinfection cabinet with excessive water. If heavily soiled, clean with a mild detergent, then wipe with a damp cloth and finally remove all moisture with a dry cloth. Do not impact the quartz heating tubes and ozone generator during cleaning. 
7. Check the door seal regularly to prevent heat loss or ozone leakage, which can affect the disinfection effect. If the quartz does not heat or the ozone generator does not emit a squeaking sound from high-voltage discharge, stop use immediately and seek repair. 
8. Maintain utensils hygienic by using serving chopsticks for gatherings and disinfecting utensils before use.
